9. SHIPPING
We ship to the contiguous 48 United States. Free standard shipping costs $0.00. Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days. Transit time is normally 3-7 business days, making the estimated total delivery time 4-9 business days. Carriers may include USPS, DHL, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, high order volume, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our control.
10. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy. Damage, quality problems, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days after delivery. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. PUREPACK INDUSTRIES pays return shipping for confirmed quality problems or incorrect items. We do not charge a restocking fee. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. We do not provide direct exchanges.
